I applied online and was invited to come in via email for interview not long after. When I arrived, I was given a paper application to fill out, and then interviewed with department head. I was notified within the week.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pegasus Maritime (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
I had previously known of the organisation and owners. I had a very candid and comfortable interview with two of the owners. We clicked immediately and moved towards the offer in round one.
