I applied online, a Peet’s recruiter reached out to me the same day I submitted my application, to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted no more than 20 minutes. I passed the phone interview and the recruiter asked my availability for an in person interview with a district manager. The second interview was scheduled for a week after my first. That interview lasted 30 min, great comfortable experience! The interview took place inside a Peet’s coffee amongst the customers around us. I was told by the district manager I interviewed with that I’ll be setting up another interview with another district manager, and before that I should visit a Peet’s coffee and write a list of things I’d improve, and share my findings with my next interviewer. I had my third interview 4 days later at a different Peet’s location. Same setting, in store amongst the customers. Also felt very comfortable with this interviewer. This interview lasted about 45 minutes. More in depth questions about sales and job duties. After the interview I was told I’d hear back from the recruiter wishing 3 days. I heard back the next day and was offered the position!
