The whole process took a long time. There is a lot of waiting and wondering. I began with an employee referral. After that, I waited for the eventual phone interview which was just a manager describing the position and what to expect when working in the department. The manager was very nice. This was the easiest phone interview I've ever had. I was scheduled to come in for an in person interview a few weeks later. I met with the manager and the department VP. The interview with the manager was again easy. The hardest part was meeting with the department VP, but even that was just a gauge to see how you would fit in with the department. The interview ended with asking how much I make in my current position because supposedly there's a company rule that they can't raise your salary more than a certain percentage of what you currently make. Overall, the hardest part about the interview process was the long waiting time in between responses.
