Super easy, very laid back, i was a lot more stressed than I should have been. Pretty much if you apply you get hired. They typically have another coworker do the interview. You never really speak to the supervisor a lot.

I applied online and got a phone call a week later. This phone call asked me basic question about availability and my experience with new borns. After this initial screening, I was invited to come in and have a face to face interview at a hospital. The interview included a series of questions and concluded with an assurance that I would hear back from HR by the end of the next week. I did not hear back for another 2-3 weeks after I decided to call and follow up on my application status.
