The owner’s son interviewed me. He was friendly and the vibe was casual. He asked questions about my employment history and examples of problem solving. He answered my questions and also gave a fairly accurate portrayal of workplace culture.

Interview
One on one interview with the program director. He asked some questions about work history and the typical top 5 interview questions. Asked for references, and schedule and location preference. Received an offer within a week.

The interview process was easy. The interviewer asked basic HR questions. I was hired on the spot at the end of the interview. They took a while to follow up and let me know when I was working. Even when I did get my schedule it was only one week at a time for the first month.
