phone screen and then working interview on site (approx half day). had to make commute out to the farm and stay overnight, which was a drag. they didnt ask me any questions or specific tasks. seemed like a vibe check

Very casual and the woman interviewing made me feel comfortable. Kept in touch with me throughout interviewing other individuals, but ultimately wasn't offered the position. Seems like a great organizational overall.
