They call you to set up a zoom interview you do the interview and than they email tests to complete. Ex. Typing, how to work a computer knowledge, also if bilingual a Spanish test

Interview
Interviewing process went fairly smooth and the recruiter team are some of the nicest people I’ve met. It was a one and done interview which makes the transition go fast when you’re either hired or denied the position. However it does take time to get a call back

They do ask you about disabilities as the company has a contract with ability 360 to assist and Hire those with special needs

Interview
The interview went smoothly and it was very professional and efficient the questions were common and easy to answer. It went by very fast and it was supportive and friendly. They offer encouragement in the interview and assistance with communication and if your disabled they accommodate that as well.
