      2 Mar 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson in Mar 2023

      Interview

This company offered me a position at the end of my second interview. They expressed to me that I was the perfect person for the position. I told them I would need 36 hours to come to a final decision. I was not provided with a formal offer letter or any official information regarding benefits or salary. After 28 hours, still within my agreed upon timeline, they contacted me to tell me they were rescinding my offer because somebody else had given them a verbal offer. HR was not involved in any step of the hiring process. Pearson does not respect their potential employees.
