I had a great conversation with the recruiter and then an hour meeting with the hiring manager. The people I met were incredibly kind. Unfortunately the thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was getting ghosted. I reached out to the recruiter several times and finally “got the message”. It would be nice to send a respond simply letting me know I wouldn’t be moving forward. I realize this takes a few minutes out of your day, but it’s appreciated.
