The interview process was very laid back and easy. It was more about assessing personality than it was about any skill level. The interviewer was very nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Question 1
What would you do to make a candidate feel comfortable in the waiting room?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pearson in Apr 2024
Interview
There was a pre screening which was very easy, was asked generic interview questions. Afterwards there was an in person interview with the test center manager. Was asked generic questions and some situational questions based off the job description example, “how would you handle an upset candidate?”

Question 1
How would you handle an upset candidate? How would you ask a candidate to agree to the pat down process?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pearson (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview process was straight forward. Mine was a two step process. First, HR interviewed me over the phone. Upon satisfying that step, I was interviewed in person by the office manager. I was not hired, as they chose to go with someone else which is certainly their perogrative. However I was informed this via e-mail and not a phone call. I personally find that somewhat unprofessional, as if I take the time to come in for an interview, I think it's only fair I'm told via a phone conversation as opposed to a generic e-mail. Just my opinion.

Question 1
Phone interview was basically why you're interested in the job, and to describe a difficult work experience you've recently encountered.
