      Interview

It was incredibly easy. They had never had a branch opened in Sacramento before, so they hired anyone who seemed to fit the role. I had no previous background as a scorer or as a supervisor. I had a very brief phone interview that basically consisted of them describing the job to me and an offer to accept the job. This may not be the same for the future scoring they will do in Sacramento since now they have a pool of scorers to pick from to promote to supervisors/directors.

      Interview

Promoted from scorer. Easy and simple onboarding process. There was no interview, just an assessment that each scorer took early on. I was offered the position shortly after completing the assessment because I scored highly on the exam.

No questions. Scorers took an assessment and were offered the position based on their score
