Interview
The online application consists of open ended questions to describe your background and experience. It can take longer than an hour to complete the application. Pearson HR was very quick to respond, all done through email. When you are offered a position, it is for a specific project that may last one-two weeks to a couple of months. There will be multiple projects to work (each getting their own job offer) during the scoring season starting at the beginning of the year through early summer.
