I underwent two stages of the interview process for a remote senior data analyst role. The initial stage involved a screening interview with the recruiter, who aimed to assess my suitability for the position. The subsequent stage entailed an in-depth discussion with the hiring manager, where I answered behavioral questions and walked through my resume. Though I anticipated progressing to a third, technical round of interviews, I found myself unexpectedly ignored by the company. Despite my attempts to reach out to the recruiter on multiple occasions, I received no response.
