I applied online. I interviewed at Pearson (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2014
Interview
Short, brisk, interviewer was loud, somewhat distracted, chipped finger nail polish, lacked professionalism. Did not wait too long in reception area, summer was not offered water. It was an average interview nothing spectacular or riveting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Run of the mill questions: worst scenario how did you fix it? How did you make an impact for your previous company, example of bad situation. Role playing, hideous role playing. Lasted 20 minutes. Was hired.
My interview process although long and intensive was a positive experience. I spoke with 2 people on the phone prior to coming into the office where I met with 4 people over the course of my day here. Everyone was nice, honest and really passionate about the job. My process started via an online posting and I was contacted from there by a local representative.

Question 1
How I felt about changing pace and working in a new environment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was too long and there was far too much back and forth for most people's tastes. The interview process relied on a lot of steps and it belied how the company thought of themselves. The process wouldn't have been so bad if not for the changing culture.
