Pearl Interactive Network Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very disorganized. The whole process felt off putting and several people walked out before finishing orientation. Not much of an interview besides a few typing tests. If you're looking for a quick seasonal job for some holiday cash you could probably do worse, but for the sake of your mental health don't stay longer than you need to.

Application , they’ll reach out a couple days later , you’ll take test & typing test ( 20 wpm ) then they’ll send you to a higher manager so they could learn more about you, then they’ll send you welcome letter & equipment.
