I had an onsite interview. They gave me a few pages with Java/SQL/JSP/Servlets questions. Failed it, and didn't proceed with the next step. I don't think that it's a good way to interview people.

Ghost alert!!!!
Very unprofessional HR. Ghosted my first interview without any reason. I asked for a reschedule then moved to 3 hours later, and they ghost me again.
I emailed and called then get an interview another half an hour later. The HR is very unprofessional, emailed me asking for my phone number 5 minutes before the interview and didn’t know what they are talking and asking during the entire phone screen. Ended the half an hour call with in 15 minutes.
So the entire 15 minutes costed me 4 hours waiting with two ghosts. I will never interview with them again.
