I received a request to schedule an interview almost a month after submitting my application and completing the technical check and assessment. The interview, conducted via Microsoft Teams, was straightforward. The interviewer was welcoming and put me at ease. She mentioned that she was supporting my application and assured me that I would be contacted by HR. It was a brief interview comprising around 5 questions, followed by an opportunity for me to ask some of my own. I was offered the position the following Tuesday, only a few days after the interview on Thursday. Subsequent to accepting the job offer, I was instructed to undergo a background check, which was promptly cleared within an hour. The overall interview process was efficiently executed.
