The interview was thorough and fair. It involved a simulated skills assessment which took around 2 hours to complete, followed by two interviews and a reference check. I actually thought that the skills assessment was fun and gave me more confidence in the company and hiring process, since they make sure to throughly vet contractors. They were very clear, communicative, and upfront with expectations and the whole interview process.
