Applied online, and the 1st round interview was a positive experience. Interviewer was friendly, professional and ready to answer my questions thoroughly. Had to withdraw for other reasons, but seemed like a cool product and place to work

Despite thorough preparation and effort, Payrails left me feeling completely undervalued and ultimately, not worth the time or energy invested in their interview process. The interview questions were designed to benefit them rather than genuinely assessing my fit for the role. I regret not withdrawing my application before hearing back from them.
