I applied online. I interviewed at Paynada in Jul 2023
Interview
I had one on-screen Teams meeting with a regional manager. We had an informal chat about my experience, the role, and what I could expect out of it. We spent most of the time going over the commission structure.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paynada (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview dove straight into "What is a stressor for you" "What do you think is something you do that is under-appreciated". I feel like these are negative-oriented questions that don't allow the candidate to truly elaborate on how they can contribute to the role. Did not ask me about what I've done in my role or my sales experience at all. The interview did give some perspective of the company as a start up and the team structure.

What do you think is something you do that is under-appreciated
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Paynada (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
Overall it was a great and easy process. I felt 100% comfortable to interview as my authentic self because of how great the leadership is and the partnership. It was simple because it was a two part process.
