Entrevista con RRHH donde te cuenta acerca de la posición y preguntas básicas de tu experiencia. Después tuve entrevista con alguien del equipo, hiring manager, director y stakeholder. Las preguntas eran acerca de conocimiento, cosas que había hecho en el pasado, habilidades, etc.
Awful candidate experience. Lack of empathy, not paying attention what you are saying, the leadership reading an email while you are speaking with the wall. Also there was arrogancy demonstrating how the company works! Skip it!
