That was a very short notice but I accepted it. Once I arrived, I personally observed the chaotic work environment. Both managers seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. I met the other team members and had a chance to learn their experience and daily schedule. The basic courtesy was absent among the coworkers and everyone seemed be overwhelmed and overworked. That is not surprising that the same position has been open for 2 years and they seemed to lack a management skill to even convince a talent to join their team.
