Patterson-UTI Energy Rig Manager interview questions

Interview was more of a question about how I worked with my rig manager and my men rather what I new about the job or what experience I had to get to this position. Never new that I had a Degree in engineering nor did ask about my pass employment to find out that I had already been a manager for a international airline or that I was a pilot in command.
