Behavioral interview where most questions about previous projects. Onsite interview after the first interview where they show you around and ask more technical questions. They are very good about making sure you hear back in time.

Interview
You are asked to complete the wonderlic test and fill out a questionnaire before the interview with a lot of questions relating to how much overtime you would work and if you are okay with second shift (6pm-2:30am). Interviewer was not friendly at all during interview but it was basic and all behavioral based.

Sent a pre-interview questionnaire and required to take the Wonderlic. Then interviewed by a recruiter via Skype. They asked a number of questions about my background and then asked extensively about my willingness to work overtime, 2nd shift, or weekends as a way to gauge what role would be a good fit.
