Initially met with a recruiter, and then met with the rest of the hiring team. Were all very nice people, the interview run too long but they gave me enough time to say my piece.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pathwire (Hamburg) in Jan 2022
Interview
I received a message from the recruiter/HR which informed me about the position. After a 30 minute phone call a few days later I got invited to an interview with the people who would manage me directly. This was more like an initial get to know each other & the role/company. Afterwards I received a task (competency based: connected to localization) which I had to hand in within a few days. Afterwards I got another invite for a panel interview, including two parts: A behavioral interview (quite fast paced) and a separate culture interview (which gave me the chance to talk to two different people who work in similar positions about working culture and the company etc.).
The interview process was smooth and fast. From the initial message I received from the recruiter to the offer it took around 3 weeks. I felt well informed during the whole time and the recruiter/HR/company was flexible with the time slots and booked the interviews in a way that accommodated my schedule.
