After 4 interviews with the HR department, Team and Management team of the head office in Europe, and 1 assessment, I received an automatic email saying my application was declined - with no justification. After 2 weeks, the job offer was published again. I understand there was no fit at that time but after 6 weeks of application process and meeting in person I would have expect more more details about my application. Positive sign is that after request I had a call with the HR department.
