Spoke to a recruiter on the phone. Then came in person for the interview. The interview was with the Principal, VP, and Reading Coach. After the interview I was called and offered the job.
Interview process was good. Engagement from all involved with plenty of interactions with core leadership team. The overall experience from scheduling to attending was easy and I felt welcomed upon arrival.
