Interview is quite formal, there is usually 3 people interviewing in a room. All behavior questions were asked. Usually, 4-8 behavior questions are asked. Was asked to provide short answers to pre-written questions online.

Structured interview with preselected questions relating to competencies within the job advertisement, with requirement to use the “STAR” methodology. Set questions followed by informal chat about my interest in the role. Friendly interview panel made me feel very at ease.
