Parks Coffee interview questions

Standard questions it, was not too intrusive, old school mentality. They go more off of feel than qualifications. Which can be good for someone changing fields or new to working.

Applied on indeed. Was contacted 3 days later for a interview with Larry. I’m a black man with dreads. When he seen me, it was no smile, no wanting to get to know me. First thing that went in my ear was we don’t hire people with long hair. So my hair disqualified me. Rude and wasted 30 mins of my gas. Thanks !
