Parkland Health interview questions

The interview was very informal with great discussions. Basic questions about background and experience. Typical, “why this position”? I was overly qualified for the position. Then we delved into other healthcare topics. She even mentioned another position she needed to fill which was more supervisory and added me on LinkedIn… then ghosted me.

Smooth interview. Panel interview so a bit intimidating at first but everyone was really nice. Got the job and accepted. Love working with everyone. Would recommend if you can handle the types of patients we see here.
