People were not there on time, disorganized, too many people interrupting during the interview. The human resources aspect was very unresponsive. Seemed unorganized and not very "people" oriented. I have Interviewed at many organizations which have done a lot better..

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt (Erlanger, KY) in Sept 2018
Interview
easy - answered about 3 questions and he said "I'll call you". The whole interview process was fast and it was a cattle call. We had to wait for 20 minutes and talked to the hiring manager for like 10 minutes tops.
