Efficiently run - process end-to-end took roughly a week. Ahead of interview conducted short video “Hinterview” and SHL reasoning tests. Face-to-face interview included usual CV and skills review, competency questions and an unseen case study discussion. Total interview time of 2hrs, with roughly 20mins to review case study and 5-10 minutes to present back findings. Post-interview feedback received within a few working days.
