Interview
There were 2 in person interviews and a reference check. In the 2nd interview, the CEO was rude and unprofessional towards me. It was clear that he had no respect for me and my time. They expect employees to drive to work even in a blizzard and to be available on weekends. They are very inflexible and refuse to communicate with you.
Be aware- they will penalize you if you need to take a day off before the 6 months of probation is up, it does not matter the reason.
There were A LOT of other red flags- trust your gut. I cannot even begin to describe how unprofessional and rude they are to their employees. Steer clear of this place!!
