Process consisted of 1 phone interview with HR, 1 interview with the hiring manager face to face and the HR manager face to face. Then a third round of interviews with the team. The process took a really long time (6 months). PH doesn't move very fast to make a hiring decision. Questions during interview were typical HR questions and the hiring manager asked more questions having me explain how I would do things.
