Interview
Initial interview was with the Engineering Manager. Immediately afterwards, I was scheduled for a second interview with the General Manager. I researched online the competitors in order to get an idea of the company. I freshened up on the 'unique' market/niche/products of the company and focused during the interview for those subjects in order to establish my credentials.

Interview
The interview was about 1 hour long. The process was well coordinated, it consisted of 3 engineers and 1 HR rep in a very professional setting. The company seems to be very well organized with the interview process.
