The interview process included two phone screenings and an in-person Interview. The questions were very fair and culture-fit was at the forefront of the interviewers questions. Being in a development program, you have to be flexible geographically so they asked a lot of questions about that. They also want you to ask a lot of questions about Parker.

Online application on Parker website, followed by a Phone Interview with HR. Face to Face interview with VP Engineering and VP HR at company headquarters in Cleveland OH.
The whole interview process took place over the course of a month. My contacts with the company were very responsive and helpful. Interview scheduling was not very flexible, however, the company paid for travel expenses.
