I was applying for a graduate position as a product engineer. group vs group, 3 candidates to a board of high ranking people. We had coffee and one of the employees actually gave us lunch which was great. Overall the interview was a good one but the recruitment site was ambiguous. I did not know I was applying for the position of product engineer where I will be working in research and development. They were pretty honest about the line of work we will be facing in RND, as being full of failures and hundreds of prototypes with only a couple making it to the next stage of product development. My lack of knowledge of the position I was applying for pretty much cost me the job so make sure you research the job posting properly.
