Interview
Two rounds of phone calls and one zoom meeting. I applied while out of state. The calls lasted 20 mins. The zoom meeting was barely 15. Very low pressure interview.

I was asked about previous sales experience and customer service experience. I was asked how familiar I was with the deathcare industry. I was asked if I could handle the 100% commission-based pay structure & my personal responsibility.

Interview
The staff was very professional, but also friendly and welcoming. The interview was comprehensive and informative. I felt I was able to share my skillset and equally learn about the company and the position.
