Brief and easy. Work outdoors, drive stick, be nice. If you can't drive stick, learn! It wont stop you from getting the job but you will be limited to locations and will not be able to work alone. Be nice and outgoing.

Simple. I answered questions about availability and background with parking experience. I was also asked to complete a mandatory criminal background check. Also, I had to complete a drug test.
