As soon as I got to their office, I was asked to take a test by an employee. The test included a little bit of programming and basic questions related to computer science such as numerical systems. After the test, I actually interviewed with one of the managers to discuss my experience and the test. Finally, I interviewed with another manager (maybe owner) about my experience and salary expectations. While interviewing with him, I realized they don't see their employees as team members but as a piece of equipment they're buying. Don't waste your talent with a company that doesn't value its employees. I got a job offer, but it was way below the market value. Regardless of the offer, carefully look for red flags if you accept to go for an interview.
