rescheduled multiple times -- asked about background without telling me about the role first -- interviewer was very short and didn't ask enough questions or give me sufficient information about the role team salary etc

This was a 15 minute competence based interview where they assessed our skills against criteria for the role. It was a friendly phone call and very conversational, I prepared general competency questions ranging from tell us about yourself to describe a time you were a leader.
