Don’t waste your time. I took the advice of the recruiter, but the hiring manager didn’t like it. The recruiter made it seem like I was a great candidate, yet I was ghosted. The interview took an entire day. The process was short notice and fast without time to prepare. During the group activity, it was difficult to speak because one person dominated the conversation. Overall, it was a bad experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked if we could be a celebrity who it would be.
We also had to develop a 3 minute pitch.
Seriously terrible process. I had two quick phone interviews that went well, so they scheduled me for their 4-hour long group interview called "Assessment Day." This consisted of introductions, questions, and group exercises, during which we had to work together but also make sure we "won" the exercise at the same time. At the end of the process, they pulled about 5 of us out of 15 into a breakout room and told us we had been selected for roles. I was told one of the recruiters would reach out to me shortly with more information. She reached out about a week later, then scheduled me for another interview with one of their clients. The client then decided not to move forward with me after the interview. The recruiter reassured me that she would set me up with a job with another one of their clients, but then completely ghosted me. Completely despicable process and recruiters, and a waste of 1.5 months of interviewing. I lost a few weeks of applying to jobs because I thought I was about to start with this company any day now. 4 interviews over 1.5 months for an entry-level role is completely ridiculous.

Question 1
When we were paired off in groups, they had us pick a celebrity we admired. Then they told us, "Imagine you are that celebrity, and you are all on a sinking boat. You can only save 3 of you. Advocate for your celebrity to get a space on the boat."
It is a group interview and they select 10 out of 30 to spend time on if you make it through the tasks. It is not advertised as a group interview on their posting which is misleading.
