I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parco, Inc.
Interview
Met the engineering manager and vice president of operations. Engineering manager was nice, but the vice president got my name wrong and kept interrupting my sentences. It seemed like they were looking for someone that had all the qualifications they wanted so they didn't have to train them. Seemed like there was very high pressure on performance

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Parco, Inc. (Ontario, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Brief interviews with non relevant questions. Gave a tour. Talked about new improvements. Told that comp package is great with huge bonus potential. Talked about how employees are rewarded. Met only a small number of people and not the people you would work with.

The interview process was brief with the hiring manager, VP of production and then President. If the two before the president like you, the president will then interview you and ask about salary. If you've done well expect an offer soon.

Question 1
Nothing was particularly difficult. It seemed that they were in great need of process engineers and that multiple positions were open to be filled. The hardest part was just enduring through the series of personnel test done before the 1:1 interviews.
