Had multiple phone interviews, great communication throughout the process, checked up on by HR recruiter after every phone or Zoom interview. Until the final round, and then heard nothing. Reached out after a week, was told by the recruiter she'd have an update the next day. A week goes by, still no communication. Reached out again and said I assumed they had moved on with another candidate, could they confirm? Crickets. Such a bizarre, nothing end to a highly engaged process.
