The initial call was with the hiring manager. This was a friendly chat about what the company was up to, the team and the open position.
The interviewer asked me about my background and what I was looking for in the next chapter of my career. This all seemed to go well and I was sent a follow up coding challenge.
The take home coding challenge was pretty standard LEET style coding questions, which took about an hour and a half to complete.
Next was an interview with another member of the software org. This was a mix of technical questions, talking through a past project and reviewing the take home challenge.
Last phase was the onsite interview. I presented a project I had worked on to a panel, then had 1:1 sessions with each member of the panel, which included the founders, leads of each software team and a few software engineers. The panels ranged from white boarding, coding and behavioral. Some of the technical questions were challenging but everything was reasonable.
