Normal interview process- the overall process took about 6 weeks from time of application to job offer. The first interview is conducted over the phone and the second one was in-person panel interview.

Simple and easy. Panel Interview with two to three people, at least one of them will be from the management of the site you applied for. Mostly situational questions. Some sites where arrests are required might ask you about related laws and codes.
