My resume was picked up by their matchmaking mechanism, however, after 6 minutes into the interview I was told I am not a good fit. This speaks volume about their matching mechanism.
Phone screen > take home > in-person to diagnose a dashboard > final round onsite that lasted all day. This was THE worst interview process I have ever experienced in my entire career. The entire process was rushed and you could just tell that everyone in the office was overworked. Hiring managers and leadership clearly lack empathy. Proceed with caution.
Recruiter > Screen with Hiring Manager > Case Study (took about 1 hr), followed by discussion with HM > Onsite (~60 mins with the team) > Superday (9am to 7pm) where you simulated a day in the life of the role. It is a long day but the team was fun and they pay you for your time > References > Offer
