Interview
Had a phone screen mid November. In person interview end of November. They there were a couple more weeks of interviews and they'll get back to me once done. I followed up with the recruiter two weeks after the interview to see if there were any updates. They had advised that they haven't heard anything yet and they will get back to me once they do.
Two months later, still no updates.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Paradigm Quest (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018

multiple interviews with different managers and went for half and hour to 15minutes over a three month period starting from november and ending in january, finally getting an offer in feburary
