The procedure consists of two interview rounds and a Cubiks assessment in between (no matter your edicational and experience background - which is an ill-practise at a first place). Holders of highest education degrees should only be tested on their psychological/ behavioral status and not on their learning/reading/numerical ones. However companies like Paques is stuck in such procedures, without even considering the results of such tests in the hiring process! (feedback on such results only on the first round of interviews and not the second one).
Opportunities are given only to people with low income expectations (limited opportunities for growth) and willing to work under for a "white&black" mentality. There is no space for thinking out of the box that brings growth and flexibility in difficult situations. Therefore, creativity and place for growth is limited to the managing director's views that do not align with the views of the hiring and senior managers. Such practices lead to a waste of time and efforts of the interviewees and money (no reimbursement of travel).
