The most basic of interview questions, they are looking to judge your character based on your conversation and social skills. Do not worry too much about the substance of your answer
It was a quick and simple interview process. The store manager who interviewed me was very welcoming. It didn’t feel intimidating as other interviews. The interview was roughly thirty minutes.

Interview
One in person interview with store manager that lasted two hours, phone interview with district manager that lasted 15 minutes , second phone interview with regional manager that lasted 15 minutes. Hired and promoted to manager within a month of working there. Need to have a resume to apply.
